Give Lagree: the RYTHM gift card
For a birthday, for Christmas or simply to introduce someone to Lagree, RYTHM Lagree Studio offers gift cards of €15, €25, €50 and €100. They are bought online, in the studio’s shop, in a few minutes.

How to give it
- Open the studio’s online shop.
- In the “Cartes cadeaux” (gift cards) section, choose the amount and click “Offrir” (give).
- Follow the steps through to payment.

What you are giving
Lagree is a strength training method practised on a variable-resistance machine, the Micro Pro. Movements are slow and continuous, under constant tension, with no impact on the joints. The method in detail.
- 50-minute classes, with six people at most, one per machine.
- A coach who corrects every position, one by one.
- No sporting background needed: resistance is set machine by machine, from beginner to trained athlete.
- Classes can be taught in English on request: a good idea for an English-speaking friend.
A fitness gift idea in Toulouse
The studio is at JBM Sports, 32 rue du Languedoc, in the Carmes district, 100 metres from Carmes metro station, in the centre of Toulouse. Classes run from Monday to Saturday.
