The space
Sound, light, six machines
A space of its own
You will find an immersive space where sound quality and lighting come together to create a setting of its own, made for switching off and practising the Lagree method.
Six Micro Pro machines, never more than six people
Each class takes six people at most, one per machine. It is not a matter of space, it is the format of the method: the coach sees every position, corrects it, and sets the resistance of each machine to the level of the person on it. A beginner and an experienced athlete follow the same class, each at their own intensity.
The Micro Pro is the machine Lagree Fitness designed for the method: a carriage on rails, variable-resistance springs, handlebars and straps. What it is and how it is adjusted is explained in the article on the Micro Pro.
A pop-up before the studio
The machines are installed at JBM Sports, 32 rue du Languedoc, ahead of the opening of the studio's own premises in the Carmes district. The current address is the one shown on this site and on the studio's Google listing; it is updated as soon as the location changes.
