For English speakers in Toulouse

Lagree classes in English, in Toulouse

RYTHM is a Lagree studio in the Carmes district of Toulouse where the coach speaks English and can run the class in English. Six Micro Pro machines, 50-minute classes, six people at most. You do not need a word of French to train here, from booking to your last stretch.

Six machines, six people, cues in English

How it works

A class you can follow in English

The coach speaks English

The class is led by one coach, on six machines at most. The coach speaks English and can run the whole class in English: the set-up on the machine, every cue, every correction. Say so when you book, or simply when you arrive. In a mixed group, cues are given in both languages; nobody is left guessing.

What Lagree is, if you are new to it

Lagree is a strength-training method practised on a variable-resistance machine, the Micro Pro. The movements are slow and continuous, under constant tension, with no impact on the joints. If you know Lagree from the United States, the United Kingdom or Australia, it is the same method, on the compact machine from Lagree Fitness. If you know Pilates reformer, the landmarks are familiar and the intensity is a step up: Lagree or Pilates reformer, the difference.

Booking without any French

Three ways, none of them needs French.

  • Online, from the Book page. The booking space itself is in French: create an account, choose a class, pay. If you get stuck, call.
  • In the Xplor Active app, with the studio code Rythmlagree.
  • By phone or WhatsApp on 06 48 78 20 11 (+33648782011 from abroad), or by leaving your number in the call-back form: the studio calls you back in English.

Your first class is a €30 trial class, with no commitment. Packs and memberships are on the prices page, in euros, the same for everyone.
