Your data

Privacy policy

This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

In two sentences

This website sets no cookie and sells nothing on. It counts its visits with its own tool, without ever recording your IP address, and beyond that only collects what you give it yourself: the call-back form, and the conversational assistant if you open it.

Who is responsible

SAS BOOBY, which operates RYTHM Lagree Studio, 32 rue du Languedoc, 31000 Toulouse, France. For any question about your data: Rythm@lagreetoulouse.fr.

The call-back form

When you ask to be called back, we record your first name, your phone number, the class time you would like, your message if any, and your email address if you left one. That last field is optional: it is only used to send you confirmation of your request.

We also record where your visit came from, that is the page you arrived on and, where applicable, the campaign that brought you. This tells us what works, never who you are elsewhere.

This information is used solely to call you back about your class. It is neither sold, nor used for advertising, nor passed to anyone other than the recipients listed below. It is kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.

The conversational assistant

An assistant is offered at the bottom right of the pages. It is provided by Causerie and loads a few seconds after the page opens. As soon as it loads, it stores two pieces of information of its own in your browser: a visitor identifier and the history of your exchanges with it. They stay on your device and let you find your conversation again if you come back.

What you write in this assistant is sent to Causerie to produce the reply. If you leave your first name, phone number or email address there, they reach us as a call-back request and follow the same rules as the form.

You can erase this information at any time by clearing your browser's site data for https://lagreetoulouse.fr/.

Online booking

Booking is provided by Xplor Deciplus. The sign-up frame is only loaded when you click the button: until you do, no data goes to that provider. Once you create your account, it is the provider that processes your information, under its own responsibility and according to its own policy.

Audience measurement

We count visits with our own tool, hosted on this website. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no tracking social button, and no data goes to any third party. Our links to Instagram are plain links: they load nothing until you click.

What the measurement records: the page viewed and its language, the site or campaign that brought you, the type of device inferred from your window width, time spent and how much of the page was read, clicks on our buttons (book, call, WhatsApp, app, Instagram), the questions you open in the FAQ, loading speed and any technical errors.

What it never records: your IP address, the contents of the form fields, or anything that would let us follow you across other websites. Your IP address is only used, for the time of the calculation, to produce an anonymous fingerprint with a random code that changes every night; it is never written down, and yesterday's fingerprint can no longer be linked to anyone. A randomly drawn visit identifier is kept in your browser for the life of the tab. This information is kept for thirteen months at most, then deleted.

This measurement is limited to the traffic of this website and therefore does not require your consent, in line with the position of the French data protection authority. You can still refuse it:

Do not count me Count me

Your choice is kept in your browser, on this device. There is no advertising on this website, and there will not be any.

The server hosting the website also keeps, as any server does, a technical log of connections including IP addresses. It is used for security and troubleshooting, nothing else.

Who sees your data

The studio team, and the providers below, each only for what falls to them:

  • Hostinger International Ltd: hosting of the website, the mailbox and the register of requests
  • Causerie (causeriebot.com): the website's conversational assistant
  • Xplor Deciplus: booking and member account management
  • NoCode IA: the agency that runs the website, recipient of requests during the launch period

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to its use. A simple request to Rythm@lagreetoulouse.fr is enough, with no justification required. We reply within one month.

If our reply does not satisfy you, you can contact the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, cnil.fr.
